All sports require a certain level of discipline to perform at a peak level. They also all require teamwork. Crew, however, requires an extreme amount of both.

When starting down the path of making this film with WWU's Men's Rowing Team we knew we had to capture the hard work, grit and the early mornings that these guys put themselves through.
